Last January 31st we celebrate the opening of IPTI's office in Sergipe. In the photo below you see Renata Piazzalunga, president of IPTI, and Teófilo de Miranda, president of SergipeTec.
It is a small office but as Neil Armstrong once said: “That's one small step for Sergipe, one giant leap for mankind“. This office is located at SergipeTec and we hope we can fully use it after April, when our first researcher will be moved to Sergipe. The city of Santa Luzia gave us a house where we can establish the cultural and science center temporary, to host Humbiumbi and IPTI activities until we are able to build a more adequate space.
