THP's governance model

We continued our discussions about the governance model for The Human Project. I had a long meeting with representatives of the government of Sergipe and our proposal of establishing THP as a reference center for development of technology for social needs was well accepted. In the model we are thinking the government playing a role of defining the needs in terms of innovation and technology to fase social problems in middle and long terms and THP partners will be responsible to finance the research and development.

There are several companies investing in similar innitiatives (for instance: digital inclusion) and the idea is to concentrate efforts and resources in order to develop technologies and methodologies that make these investments more effective.
